11 units still available at Superior 110

Buyers on the market for a luxurious new condominium in the heart of downtown Chicago can still take advantage of 11 remaining units at Superior 110. This luxury development by JFJ Development Company offers plenty of floor plans to choose from.

The most affordable unit currently on the market is a one-bedroom and 1.5-bath condominium offering a total of 1,150 square feet of living space. This unit has been on the market for over a year, and the asking price has risen from $515,250 to $528,750. One other one-bedroom condominium is available, and is priced at $632,250.

The most affordable two-bedroom condominium at Superior 110 offers a total of 1,325 square feet of living space, and is priced at $592,000. The listing price for this unit has also risen in recent weeks. Three other two-bedroom units are listed at Superior 110, with prices ranging from $593,500 to $724,500.

The largest units at Superior 110 are the three-bedroom condominiums. The most affordable of these units is a three-bedroom and 2.5-bath condominium that offers a huge 2,290 square feet of total living space. This unit has been on the market for nearly 2 years, and has remained at its original listing price of $1,489,870. Other three-bedroom units can be had for as much as $1.169 million.
