The most affordable condominium currently on the market is a one-bedroom and one-bath unit listed at $256,900. This unit offers a total of 714 square feet of living space. The largest one-bedroom unit offers 810 square feet of living space and is listed at $326,400.
Just a couple of two-bedroom units are left at Glas Haus. The most affordable unit offers a total of 978 square feet of living space, and is priced at just $314,900. The larger two-bedroom unit has 1,077 square feet of living space, and is priced at $341,900. This unit has been on the market for a year and a half.
Residents enjoy a long list of luxury amenities at Glas Haus. The development offers a modern fitness center, bike storage, and a 24-hour doorman. Residents have free access to the sundeck, party room, and private park and playground. Onsite parking is available in the underground garage, and is sold separately from these luxury units.
