Parc Huron

River North continues to offer some of the best preconstruction condominiums on the market in Chicago. The neighborhood has been transformed in recent years, and now offers a number of excellent amenities and a location that can’t be beat.

The Parc Huron is one of the most widely anticipated new developments to come to River North. The project is led by Lennar Homes, a Chicago-based company responsible for some of the best developments in the region. The 21-story tower is slated for completion in 2010.

Buyers can choose from a number of different floor plans at Parc Huron. One, two, and three-bedroom floor plans are all available, with sizes starting at 614 square feet for a one-bedroom and ranging up to 1,443 square feet for the largest three-bedroom unit.

Prices for these units start at just over $300,000 for a one-bedroom and range up to the high $600s. Residents enjoy a number of luxurious amenities, including a 24-hour doorman, modern fitness center, movie room, and internet café. Residents also enjoy underground heated parking.
