Metropolitan Place

Metropolitan Place was one of the first mixed-use developments to come to the West Loop. Converted in 1999 from an office building, the development now offers a total of 212 condominiums. Floor plans range from 860 square feet for a one-bedroom unit to 2,150 square feet for a two-bedroom condo.

Residents of Metropolitan Place enjoy a number of luxury amenities. The gourmet kitchen comes with an island layout, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The master bath offers a separate tub and walk-in shower, with marble floors and vanity tops.
