Work continues on the luxury Trump condominiums
Work is continuing on the luxurious condominium residences at the Trump International Hotel and Tower. The building, located at 330 North Wabash Avenue, will offer a total 472 units.
Buyers can choose from a number of different floor plans, including residences ranging in size from studios to five bedroom penthouse units. Each residence comes with incredible views of the downtown Chicago skyline, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and gas fireplaces.
Residents will also have access to all of the services offered at the hotel, which is slated to open early next year. A full five-star range of services will be offered to guests and residents, including room service, valet and concierge service, and laundry services.
The Trump International Hotel and Tower will also offer residents indoor parking, a modern and expansive health club and spa, and access to the 1.2 acre Riverwalk Park.
