Waterview Tower to bring luxury condos to downtown
Construction of the Waterview Tower has been underway for over a year. The luxury development will offer some of the best condominiums in the heart of downtown at 111 W. Wacker, right on the beautiful Chicago River.
The 82-story building will also offer luxurious hotel rooms up to the 29th floor at the Shangri-La Hotel. Floors 30 through 82 will be reserved for condominiums.

The market for Chicago Real Estate in the Loop continues to be one of the best in the city. During the third quarter, sales of condominiums in the loop increased by 80 percent, according to the Chicago Association of Realtors.
