Kingsbury Plaza opens to rave reviews

River North continues to offer some of the best new condominiums and apartments in the city.  The neighborhood has been transformed from one of the most dangerous corners of Chicago into one of the hottest new destinations for young professionals and families.

Kingsbury Plaza is one of the newest major developments to come to River North.  The development, located on the Chicago River, opened in June of this year.

Kingsbury Plaza offers 420 units in 46 stories.  Residents enjoy excellent views of the downtown Chicago skyline and Chicago River.

The development is also one of the newest buildings that offers all rental units.  Studio apartments start at $1442, one-bedroom units are priced at $2,019, and two bedroom apartments start at $2,757.

Amenities include stainless steel appliances and granite countertop in the chef’s kitchen, private outdoor space with excellent open views, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Residents of the Near North Side enjoy easy access to the downtown Chicago business district.  The Gold Coast, Streeterville, and the most important landmarks in the city are all within walking distance of Kingsbury Plaza.
